These terms apply to your use of p-urpose.com (“P-urpose”), operated by Ichii GmbH, Kollwitzstraße 76, 10435 Berlin, Germany, registered at the Amtsgericht Charlottenburg under HRB 273169 B. Contact: info@ichii.de.

1. What P-urpose is

P-urpose is a planning tool for qualified or appropriately trained yoga teachers. It suggests class structures; it does not provide medical, therapeutic or health advice. You remain responsible for every class you teach — including adapting it to the needs, health conditions, injuries, pregnancy, mobility and experience of your participants.

2. Accounts

You need an account to save classes. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Free and Pro plans

• Free: up to 3 generated classes per calendar month, up to 3 saved classes, and a Teacher Mode preview.
• Pro: €8.99 per month or €69 per year, including VAT where applicable, for unlimited classes and saving, full Teacher Mode, PDF export, duplication and custom cues and notes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
• If you cancel or a payment fails, you keep access to the classes you saved. Pro-only features stop.
• We will tell you about price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from your next renewal and you may cancel before then.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days without giving a reason. When you subscribe, you ask us to start Pro immediately. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you pay a pro-rata amount for the time Pro was available to you. To withdraw, contact info@ichii.de.

5. Your content

Classes you create are yours. You grant us the rights needed to store and display them to you. We don’t publish your classes.

6. Our content

Public sequences, pose illustrations and texts on P-urpose are ours. You may teach from them freely; please don’t republish them in bulk.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep P-urpose available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, after notice where reasonable.

9. Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
